1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Keyino (the “Service”), you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Keyino is an API gateway that relays your requests to third-party AI model providers and returns their responses.
Keyino is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI or any other model provider. Model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Available models, routes and features may change at any time.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. Provide a valid email address and keep your password and API keys confidential.
You are responsible for all usage under your account and keys. Creating multiple accounts to abuse sign-up, referral or promotional credit is not allowed.
4. Credit, pricing and payment
- The Service is prepaid. Balances are in US dollars; top-ups are paid in USDT at 1 USDT = 1 USD.
- Usage is charged at the prices shown on the Pricing page at the time of each request. Price changes apply only to later requests.
- Failed requests are not charged. Your balance does not expire.
- Blockchain payments are irreversible. You are responsible for sending the exact amount on the correct network to the address shown on the checkout page.
5. Refunds
Unused paid balance may be refunded on request, at our discretion, minus network or processing fees. Contact support to request one.
Bonus credit — including sign-up, referral and promotional credit and redemption codes — is non-refundable and has no cash value. Balance obtained through fraud or abuse may be voided.
6. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law and with the usage policies of the underlying model providers. You must not:
- create or distribute illegal content, malware, fraud or spam, harass others, or produce any content that sexualizes or exploits minors;
- attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass rate limits, verification or billing;
- share, sell or resell your account or API keys without our written consent;
- use the Service or its outputs to infringe the rights of others.
7. Your content
You keep your rights in your inputs and outputs. You grant us only the rights needed to transmit your requests to providers and return the results.
You are responsible for your content and for checking outputs, which are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate.
8. Availability and disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular latency, or that any model will remain available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keyino is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate this Agreement, endanger the Service or other users, or must be closed by law or at a provider’s request. Balance on an account closed for a violation may be forfeited.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes
We may update this Agreement. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the update.
